Selling Policy
The following describes the conditions and sales policies that Becket Window Shade De México S.A De C.V has developed to seek a successful commercial relationship for both parties.
1) Showroom: To access the distribution of Ziptrak products, the distributor must have a showroom that allows the qualities of the product to be displayed.
2) Work tool: The distributor must purchase at least one mobile display and a suitcase.
3) Training: The distributor will have training to master both the procedure for taking measurements, sales, installation and the correct use of the quoter.
5) Installers: The distributor must have a team of experienced installers training through the manuals and in person if necessary, the latter has a cost.
6) Reception of orders: the quoting system provided by Becket must be used.
7) Payment method: 60% advance payment will be required; via check or transfer; upon receiving the order, settling the remaining 40% against shipping notice.
8) Modifications and cancellations: Once the order is entered for manufacturing, modifications or cancellations will not be accepted.
